MILCON Design-Build on the MRSI Wizard

The MILCON Request for Proposal (RFP) Scope of Work (SOW) Wizard is designed to assist a project design team (PDT) with preparing the 01 10 00 Scope of Work specification section for inclusion in a design-build (D-B) RFP. The MILCON D-B RFP Wizard is specifically designed for projects utilizing a standard design managed by a Center of Standardization (COS) but can also be used for unique facility types. The MILCON D-B Wizard will automatically pull in general criteria managed by Headquarters U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (HQUSACE), facility-specific criteria managed by a COS, and project-specific criteria input by the PDT. Upon completion of the 01 10 00 Scope of Work, users will be able to generate a pdf for insertion into a complete RFP package.

Web-Based Application: The RFP SOW is generated through a user-friendly, web-based application that provides standardization while allowing users to tailor project and facility-specific Scopes of Work (SOW) with simple prompts.
