Document Projects

Why can I not see my document project listed?

Initially, there will be no visible document projects unless someone within your organization has already shared an existing project with you. New projects may be started by clicking the "New Project" button in the upper right-hand corner of the projects page. The wizard will then prompt you to select your desired project type.

Currently, the MILCON Statement of Work is the only project type available to create without administrative approval. Once your project is created, you will be routed back to the projects page within the wizard. To begin editing, click the folder button on the left-hand side that reads "Open."

Filtering, Searching, and Sorting Projects

The Document Projects page has powerful and flexible filtering, searching, and sorting capabilities to help you find your desired project quickly.

Filtering and Searching

Use the filter dropdown menus at the top of the projects list to filter by project type, status, or other criteria.

  • We encourage you to filter by Document Type (Program) to quickly locate document projects of a specific type. When filtered by Program, additional columns will appear to provide more context about each document.

  • By default, you'll see the Project Name, Program Name, Status, Last Updated columns for every document project. But when filtering by Program, additional columns unique to that program will appear to give you more context about each document project.

  • To do so, click the "Add Expression" (the first with a + symbol) button in the filter section and select "Program" from the dropdown menu. The Program dropdown will be filtered to only show programs with existing document projects.

  • You can add multiple filter expressions to narrow down your search further, such as to a specific Facility Type (e.g., "PPUH" or "AIT") or Project Status (e.g., "In Progress").

  • The "Add Group" (the second with a + symbol) button allows you to create complex filter groups using AND/OR logic. This is useful if you want to combine multiple filter criteria.

Sorting

Click on any column header to sort the document projects by that column. Clicking the same header again will toggle between ascending and descending order, or turn off sorting for that column. A small arrow will indicate the current sort direction.
