The Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise is a Quality Assurance organization that provides mandatory document review; project technical support; training development and instruction; and guidance development for environmental and military munition compliance/clean-up activities. The EM CX is a multi-disciplined, highly skilled, and experienced staff who provide the highest degree of technical expertise to the Corps, Army, DoD, EPA, and other Stakeholders.
