The mission of the Tribal Nations Technical Center of Expertise is to improve USACE's quality and effectiveness in delivering water resource services to Indian Country. Moreover, to facilitate the Corps' ability to support the responsibilities that the federal government has to Native American governments resulting from Federal Trust Doctrine, Treaties, statutes, regulations, Executive Orders, and agreements between the United States government and Tribal governments.
