Cross Laminated Timber (CLT)

Cross laminated timber (CLT) is an engineered wood building system designed to complement light- and heavy-timber framing designs. This presentation will introduce CLT with a series of project examples that demonstrate its use and benefits in a range of applications. Our presenter, Dr. Scott Breneman is a licensed Structural Engineer and Professional Engineer in the State of California and Senior Technical Director of the Architectural and Engineering Solutions Team of WoodWorks. WoodWorks is an initiative of the Wood Products Council, which is a cooperative venture of major North American wood associations as well as government agencies and other partners.
